Situated in a quiet neighborhood only 3.5 miles from the heart of Estes Park, you’ll enjoy exploring Estes Park in all seasons.
Clover Lane has all new furniture including a roomy sectional and recliner in the living room. The beautiful kitchen has new appliances: A full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Dishes, cutlery, and cookware are also provided. The large kitchen boasts a snack bar with high stools and a dining table. Clover Lane also provides central heat and air conditioning.
The tastefully furnished living room is a wonderful place to relax on one of our large, comfortable sofa sectionals. Watch one of the free movies on the DVD player or a show on our 40″ flat screen HDTV.
The Premier Suite boasts a King-size bed, a private 3/4 bath (shower only), and roomy closets. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closets, storage, and a window while the third bedroom has two bunk beds that sleep four; the lower bunk is a full-size bed with a twin bed on top. The second full bath is near the living room and has a deep tub, windows, and ceiling fan.
Exit the sliding doors to the peaceful patio, a private hot tub, and a fenced-in backyard to grill dinner or enjoy panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Estes. The covered carport opens to a mudroom, the foyer, and a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

All registered guests staying in our Clover Lane Vacation Home have full access to Murphy’s Resort amenities. You must check in with the front office to obtain a parking pass. Due to limited parking, only two cars per home are allowed on the premises.
