My experience at Murphy’s greatly exceeded my expectations! From the caring staff to the rustic but well-appointed rooms, they delivered a warm and wholesome experience.Love the little touches such as:- gel fuel fireplace- complimentary bath scents- ceiling heater in the bathroom- very reasonably priced snacks, ice creams and souvenirs sold at the registration office- The DVD library! Lots of classics.- Plenty of Clean and thick towels.Breakfast is served between 7 to 10. Comes with bagels, bread, bananas, tangerines, crunchy oat bars, and muffins. The assortment is basic but gets the job done.Every staff member I interacted with showed a strong sense of responsibility.If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly and unpretentious stay in the area, look no further!

For sure I am returning next year

Great location, close to downtown and walking distance from some good restaurants, a liquor store, a delicious pizza place. But the hotel itself is just a awesome. We will stay again. Free popcorn in the lobby till 9pm; hundreds of good DVD options and every bedroom has at least one DVD player; yard games like bocce, cornhole, tetherball, etc for free; free tabletop board games to bring back to your room; an amazing hot tub (open till 9) that is huge and very hot, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool; grilles and picnic tables; free parking; free continental breakfast; and great rooms with different sizes (ours was a 2 bedroom suite with a jacuzzi tub in one). Will definitely return and I highly recommend for something that is a bit cheaper than some nearby Estes Park places and has a great vibe and amenities, and wants easy access to the town and to the Park. Oh and there tend to be a ton of elk out front!

Very nice I liked except for figuring out how to get the heat on

We stayed here in February. The rooms were SO clean! Staff was very kind, and the price was great! We will definitely be staying here again. The only thing that I wish we would of had in our room was a smoke detector, it looked like it had been removed for painting and never reinstalled.
