Grand Estates, one of Murphy’s Resort’s beautiful Estes Park vacation rentals, is adjacent to Lake Estes Golf Course and Lake Estes and boasts sweeping views of Longs Peak and the Twin Sisters. There is no other place like this in Estes Park; it is simply stunning.
This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 people. Guests staying in the private Premier Suite will enjoy mountain views from the bay window with top-down shades, a comfy recliner, a luxurious King-size bed, a 40” flat screen HDTV, a DVD player with free movies, plentiful closet and storage space, and a large, attached ¾ bath.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closets, and windows and the large third bedroom has two bunk beds that sleep four. Additionally, there is a large laundry room complete with a full-size washer, dryer and storage shelves. There is also central heat and air conditioning.
Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the roomy kitchen with friends and family around the large dining table. The Grand Estates kitchen boasts a full-size Hotpoint stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster and toaster oven. Dishes, cutlery, and cookware are also provided and our large pantry is ideal for your groceries.
In the relaxing living room, you’ll find a Queen-size sofa sleeper, a built-in fireplace (Dura Logs only), a 50” flat screen HDTV, DVD player, free movies and WIFI, and views that are simply out of this world. The large, cozy, great room with parquet floors and comfy couches and chairs also houses a small office nook.
Sliding patio doors with retractable enclosed blinds welcome you onto the spacious deck where you’ll enjoy resplendent views of Lake Estes and the glorious mountains surrounded by evergreen trees right from your private hot tub. An outdoor table, chairs, and grill are the ideal place to spend time enjoying the beautiful scenery.

All registered guests staying in Grand Estates vacation home have full access to Murphy’s Resort amenities. You must check in with the front office to obtain a parking pass. Due to limited parking, only two cars per home are allowed on the premises.
